At Flux Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the footwear in its original box and secure it within a shipping mailer, attaching the prepaid label clearly on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
